Sonifex DHY-03 - Firmware Versions

Alterations
- Added divert relay function to DHY-03 standard code (already present in EC)
- Added ability to switch off divert relay function - parameter 2 bit 7 (i.e. add 0x80 to current set value) enables relay - this is default operation
- Added debug info if boot fails - lower led alternates between first and last LED and top row of LEDs are lit with code value (for EC just red Tx/Rx LEDs alternate no code is shown)
  - 1 - Uart initialisation failed
  - 2 - Codec initialisation failed
  - 3 - Silabs chipset initialisation failed
  - 4 - Silabs front end chip fails to respond (Si3056)
  - 5 - Silabs line side chip fails to respond (Si3018)
- added delay after divert relay release to ensure call is maintained if DHY-03 drops the call

- RX and TX LED's had been swapped in a prior change restored to correct values
